Agilistic cycle: assess, design, deploy; maintain
Our process starts with business-oriented AI training. We'll give you the tools to understand the terminology, and see conceptually how it connects productively to a business.
Next, we'll perform an assessment of your specific business. The deliverable will be a set of recommendations showing what general class of AI should be deployed in each of your business areas, and a range estimate of costs and benefits for each. It will include a suggested high level project plan showing how you could roll out AI in stages, achieving benefits quickly, with minimal up front costs.
Should you choose to move forward, each of those recommended rollout phases can be connected to the creation of a detailed project plan, management / oversight of that project, and even delivering some or all of the engineering tallent to execute on any Agile-focused coding or AI-pecific engineering that is needed for any given phase.
